Terms For Direct Orders:
- Initial order is pre-pay, COD, or PayPal.
- Upon Approval – net 30 days. Click to access our Retailer Information form.
- Inactive accounts (over 1 year) revert to pre-pay or COD.
- All unpaid balances over 30 days incur a finance charge of 2%.
- A $30 charge will be assessed against any returned check.

Shipping Rates for Direct Orders:
- With your approval we will use a flat rate envelope to ship your order.
- Priority Flat Rate shipping is our preferred method because:
* Most pattern orders fit in flat rate envelopes priced between $5.75 and $5.90
and include waterproof packaging, insurance up to $50., detailed tracking, and 1, 2 or 3 day expected delivery. - Specific instructions for a designated carrier using your supplied shipping/freight account number can be accommodated.
- If you require priority shipping let us know when you place your order.
